Why we exist
YVT Consultancy was founded on a simple belief: that strategy should be as human as the people it serves. Yet too often, strategies are written at a distance, overlooking the realities of those they are meant to reach.
We wanted to change that. Drawing on years of experience across the arts, culture, sports, and tourism, we set out to build a practice rooted in regional understanding, expressed in clear and accessible language, and responsive to the evolving needs of communities and organizations alike.
